Peppy's doesn't charge a fee to bring the van to your event. Here's how a visit works from the moment you book to the last treat handed out.
1. Tell us about your event
Send a booking request with the date, location, guest count, and time window. We'll confirm we can be there.
2. The van rolls up
The Peppy's van arrives a few minutes before your service window, sets up curbside or in your driveway, and gets ready to serve.
3. Guests grab their treats
Everything comes wrapped and hand-held — bars, sandwiches, cones, and pops. No scoops, no mess, no melty bowls.
4. We stay until the window ends
Service typically runs 1–2 hours depending on your crowd. When the window wraps, we pack up and roll out.

What does it cost?
Nothing to have us show up. Guests buy their own treats at the van, or you can arrange to pre-pay for a set number of treats — just let us know when you book.
How many people can you serve?
Everything from a small block party to a company event with a few hundred people. Bigger crowds just need a longer service window.
